Service was great, and food was good. They have an excellent online app to see nutrition levels of every dish. For someone looking to reduce sodium intake, the problem is there aren't many dishes with low sodium content. I ordered veggies on the side. My food was served by a different member of staff, but my waitress noticed and immediately made the fix. I had already taken a bite of the high sodium version of the veggies so that is the reason they are missing one star.
Burgers were thinner than the last time I went and they took my fav burger off the menu that had pickled onions n feta cheese on it. My waitress was awesome though and the taste and temperature of the food was great. I also love the coupons they send to the outsider club members.
Always good food, pizza, service. Recently, I was in by myself, and decided to test the patience of their staff. The sausage they use had taken a slight turn toward the spicy side, which detracted from our enjoyment. They now offer a garlic sausage alternative, so before I ordered their awesome lunch special, I asked if I could sample both types to figure out which was milder. No problem, I was told, but it would take a few minutes because Chef had to actually pan-fry my samples. Turns out the garlic sausage is somewhat less spicy to my palate, and they made me a Numero Uno with that instead. Awesome response, excellent meal as usual.
Usually really like the deep dish, but not at this location. Toppings were on top of the pizza which I have never seen with deep dish before, we asked for green peppers and got both green and red (which I don't care for), and the sausage was too spicy and gamy tastings. Did not enjoy at all. The 3 stars are for decent service.
I came in for my birthday, knowing that they have great steaks,but was told they don't have any. Had to settLe for a burger. Waitress couldn't care less. Will rethink about coming back.
