Today is the second time I've placed an order online to be delivered and received a call telling they don't have anyone to deliver..... So disappointed

Me and coworkers ordered from here for the first time at this location, we usually order from Voorhees location and everything is always correct. We ordered chicken tenders and I wrote a note stating "I do not want my chicken tenders buffalo, BBQ, or Garlic just plain with a side of honey mustard" well the honey mustard did not make it. When we called to ask them to bring us the honey mustard it was a 45 minute wait since the driver had other orders to do. I'm sorry but 45 minutes for HONEY MUSTARD? Plus the delivery guy looked high. The refund would take 3-4 business days. They suggested a credit but we will not be ordering from there again. And just to mention we are about 3 miles from the location so it's not like we are far. Oh and ordered at 12:03 & got food at 1:20.
Terrible experience. Ordered food that got delivered and it took over an hour. A pizza steak that literally looked like someone threw it up and put on a roll. And a cheeseburger on a cheesesteak roll!!! Instead of on a bun. I'm in the resturant industry so I called and told them I wanted a refund and explain what the food looked like and for them to come pick the food up they told me I could come return the food. So then the so-called owner got on the phone. He was the most disrespectful man I ever talked to in my life. Told me he wasn't refunding my money and to sue him for it. And the best thing yet I could hear his employees in the background laughing about the situation. How unprofessional!!!! That is not how you run a business or talk to a paying customer. This is the worst restaurant I have ordered from in my life. And they have now lost a lot of customers because I'm telling all my family and friends to never order from any of their locations.
Service was great and they had top of the line food
