Went to this junk place, they hit my power window buttons when they were vacuuming my truck, went thru car wash with Open windows, came out full of water inside. Manager is telling me with a smirk on his face that I should roll up th windows. Asked for owner but it f course, no one around. Do you know what assholes are. Do not go. Just terrible. And besid s do not do a good job for close to $30.00.

I will hardly go to this place anymore

Absolutely terrible job. It wasn’t busy so I was expecting a more thorough job of a wipe down of the inside of my car. One of the workers was smoking a cigarette and put it out right before he entered my car. When I got in I could smell the smoke. And I noticed the center console had a quarter of an inch of liquid that hadn’t been wiped out. I asked them to come wipe it out and they were absolutely miserable about it. On top of all that I still needed to wipe down the center console myself when I got home.

That was my previous review. Today when I visited again, I was so surprised by their service. They didn't bother to clean at all. There were a lot of marks on the car which I had to clean on my own when I got back. Also the people were miserable. They were uttering the F word so often when there were small kids around.

Now I will respond tomorrow your comment. Yes I paid for the vacuuming of my car but if your workers to not check that the windows were down, tisk tisk. Yes I cussed and so did my husband. Yes and well deserved after the ‘manager’ smirked at us and thought it was a joke. Guess what BUDDY, if it wasn’t for people like me to try that carwash, you wouldn’t be in business. And since you are so concerned, you have not tried to apologize for YOUR PEOPLE’S MISTAKE. Furthermore I see that I am not the only UPSET customer. Listen to all that reads this comment, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE THAT RESPECT YOUR VEHICLE LIKE IT WERE THEIR OWN

I entered this car wash with 2 good headlights. I exited with a broken right headlight. I pointed this out to the manager. We looked at the CCTV feed from 14 angles. No angle showed the right front headlight. Manager strongly felt that it must've been broken when I came in. I went back to the oil and lube shop that gave me the free car wash 7 minutes before I clocked into the car wash (timed receipts from both facilities....5 minute driving distance). The CCTV camera from the oil shop shows me exiting with 2 intact headlights. I went back to the car wash and showed the manager the screenshot from the oil shop. He then agreed it must've happened in the car wash. He gave me the owner's name (Kenny) and phone number. I called him. He apologized and asked me to get an estimate. I brought my truck back with the estimate. Kenny looked at it and told me there was no way the light was broken by his facility. He thoroughly explained his 30 years in the business and the technology of the car wash. He refused to pay it but said he would submit to his insurance company. Not hearing from them in a week I called Kenny back. He told me he had a $500 deductible. He offered to pay half of my $416 estimate. It's his contention that his air drying machine may have blown in my previously broken or cracked headlight. It's my position that the light was fine when I came in and broken when I exited his machinery. It was either broken by the fellow using a big mop to do the front of the truck when the process starts or by one of the internal cleaning machines. I don't believe I should pay any part of this repair cost but did agree to a 75/25 split just to get this done with. Owner has agreed that we should let a judge resolve this. So it looks like we are going to small claims court....over a headlight...really? I am a disabled senior citizen and just don't have spare money to pay for someone else's error, no matter how unintentional nor improbable.

They cleaned well. Good people, good service. They cleaned my interiors and my wheels well.

Always consistent. Always fast. Always reasonable prices but above average wash in and out.
