A well cleaned car, with good attention to detail, is what I drove out with. While I did find some minor dust stains, with the service they offer, Im certain had I specified to pay extra attention, they would happily oblige. The service is good, courteous and QUICK. They even offer drop off and pickup while they're working on the car, and I believe they are much cheaper than the rest on full detailing services. I highly encourage businesses like East Gate Car wash, given the extremely helpful and diligent management, who understand the need to have a customer drive off, satisfied with the work. I will go again, I recommend everyone to try.
I have been to this place numerous times and it's one of the few places that I will trust my cars to. I have been happy with both their oil changes and their washes and not once have I felt like they have tried to take advantage of me with erroneous work (wipers, filters, etc).
Very fast and thorough job with my recent oil change, they offered me the chance to do my car's scheduled maintenance using factory information! Now I know my car is up to date, no one ever offered me that before. They are now my 1st choice for my families service!
While at the shore, paint and/or cleaning solution got all over my wife's blue Benz. I worked in my brother's body shop 30 years ago, so I know a little about paint. But washing and using a wax with a mild cleaner did not remove the white rings on the paint. My buddy recommend East Gate, so I drove past at least 3 other Detail shops to get there. The other places charge 3 to 5 times more. East Gate removed all the discoloration and charged a lot less, customizing the job to my needs, not their wallets. Then, they had me inspect the car to insure I was satisfied. I'll be bringing my other car there too. The waiting area is pretty nice too and the coffee was hot. I'll be back!
The one time that I was unsatisfied with something I told the manager about it and he bent over backward to make sure that it was resolved to my satisfaction. This tells me that the management really cares about satisfying their customers which is why I keep coming back.
I wanted to let everone know we are new owners and management team that took over East Gate Car Wash, Quick Lube and Detailing. We are updating everything from the paint on the building to the new soft cloth in the car wash even a new retail store area. Much more improvements to come. Thanks
