After I rented a storage space I was told that they were paperless and I could not receive a printed copy. They would send my contract to me via e-mail. When I returned home and printed out the contact, it was different than the contract I signed and was also verbally advised of, along with the requirements and amount of payments.
I returned they next day and was greeted by IRIS, who was, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful in showing me the Public Storage contract that was totally different than the one I signed. The contract that was sent to me indicated that I owed money in 1 week from my contract signing, which I paid for the full 30 days. The contract also had many other details that were hidden in the contract that was sent to me.
Selena is a great associate. She was very helpful when I stopped in to find out about storing at her location. She did not make me feel pressured like I have been at other companies. I will definitely be back to rent with her when I am ready to move.
Selena is very polite and has very nice manors on the phone, she is always pleasant and cheerful. A great addition and a breath of fresh air!
IRIS was very helpful in explaining the mistakes, omissions and differences between these 2 contacts. This was very upsetting to print out the contract and have several errors that indicated that I only had paid for one week, not one month. If renting storage space from this location, please be aware of the contract differences and check the contract closely to see if it matches your understanding of agreements and payment before you are charged a late fee for a payment that you do not owe. I would have lowered my rating to 2 or 3 stars, instead of 4, if it were not for the help of IRIS.
Selena is a great addition to this location, she is very friendly, and knows the answers to any questions i had. I have been very happy with my service from this location, I know there are a few in this area but i am glad i stopped here.
