After searching many places, we were finally able to find a sectional sofa that was the right dimensions for our space and was also comfortable. Our salesperson Lisa was very helpful. After delivery, one of the sofa sections was not lining up correctly. The 1-800 number people told us that they only have people come to inspect these issues one day per month and that we would have to wait until then. I called Lisa and within a week we had a new and correct piece installed. The only knock is for the supposed "white glove" delivery service and setup failing to really inspect everything before leaving (though I should have as well). They really seemed in a hurry to just drop and go. Overall, it has been a positive experience. Now we just need to see that the couches are durable and can stand up to 3 young kids.
If there is a way to avoid the delivery fee and pick up yourself try to do it.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! My husband and I were on the hunt for an affordable sectional for our living room but unfortunately we were disappointed by many of our local furniture stores. Macy's exceeded our expectations! The selection was wonderful and our salesman, Joe was top notch. Macy's was the only furniture store we actually felt comfortable in and when it was time to talk prices there was no haggling or pressure to make the sale right then and there. Bought the couch on a Sunday and since the sectional pieces were in stock we were able to get it delivered 6 days later. The delivery truck arrived before their expected time which was a major plus for us! We couldn't be happier and we'll definitely be back!
