I'm sorry I had to give them review but if there is choice to not choose any star I would give ZERO STAR. This is my first time went to Lowe's store and ordered outside patio kitchen, I usually go to Home Depot and I think it was my bad day so I went to Lowe's but anyways I ordered outside patio kitchen and they told that they would deliver within 10 days from the purchased date. After 10 days when the truck arrived for delivery and I found out the delivery driver didn't have full kitchen and I refused to take the delivery and they said they will be back after 2 weeks and deliver full kitchen and now today they came to deliver after 2 weeks still as of today they have not brought the full kitchen. So I called the Lowe's store they didn't have any answer about this because the guy I spoke with he don't know what's going on. So when I told him to refund me the money he told me to call back next week. This is so ridiculous that I have paid full amount in advance month ago and now I have to wait for my till next week. I STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOWE'S AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LOWE'S AGAIN IN LIFE. I am happy with Home Depot.

I had a lot of trouble finding a particular "Tamper Resistant Bolt" in the hardware section as soon as you walk through the door. Unfortunately, the older gentleman whose department it was, couldn't be found by walkie or by isle search. A younger gentleman named "Steve G." who I believe was handling stock at the time or helping the other stock employee, came over (without me asking) said he would pull it up in inventory, find it, or find something suitable.

A+ EMPLOYEES. Even the cashier was awesome and I felt like a PITA (Acronym for 'pain in the...') as it was closing time, I'm there for $1.00 worth of screws, and everyone was still as happy to see me as my dog is when I first walk through the door.

DO NOT buy any appliances from Lowes unless you plan to pick it up yourself. They have THE worst delivery system. It took multiple complaints just for us to get a partial delivery of what we ordered. More than once Lowes would set a delivery date, then not show up. What’s more is their customer service department is a bunch of short-bus riding, window licking, nose picking idiots!!!!!

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I can never speak to any department about items ordered. Items ordered was suppose to take 4-5 days, but 3 weeks later, I still haven't received items that I paid for upfront. During the week you can never speak to any department representative on the phone, and it's a long shot speaking to one in person. You have to get in your vehicle and physically travel to the store to get any answers, because the departments never pick up the phone. This was my first experience doing business with Loews, and this definitely will be my last. I plan on send my concerns to their corporate office as well.

Steve didn't rush or push me along, after I found something that would work (not the exact item I was searching for) Steve made sure multiple times that it was OK for my application and he even stayed searching for the exact item and said he would bring it up if he found it and I had not left yet.

I feel like I’ve made a huge mistake that I want to Lowe’s store to purchase but anyways they don’t even deserve one star that’s what I can say but I have no operation. I never go back to the store.

My new place for hardware, definitely 2 thumbs up from me. Difficult to find hardware, great pricing, and phenominal service & employees. What more could I ask for?
