I would not recommend if you are buying out side NJ, or rather ask for paper work so you can register car yourself
Great dealership. They were excellent every step of the way helping me purchase a new QX60. Rachael (sales consultant) helped my wife and I not only when she was at work, but exchanging texts and emails after hours to help make the purchasing process easy. Her sales manager Joe was always right there as well to make sure all the details were correct and we received everything we expected. I want to thank him and the General Manager, Brad, who also stepped in to make sure we were taken care of. The transaction was finalized with Natalie in the finance department. She explained everything that I was signing and we had a nice conversation while doing so. This is the second Holman dealership I have used and I have no complaints, only compliments. Thank you!
Once you buy a car, no one communicates with you unless you get to in contact with managers. they had issues getting car registered, and it took total of 6 weeks ( 4 weeks after temp license expired) as they used 3rd party company to register vehicle, while CT DMV confirmed they have been completing paperwork in 10 business days.
Ms. Hatch, took care of everything that I would expect her to do. Very pleasant, kept me informed of the service status and answered all my questions. Extremely nice person.

Best car service in South Jersey. Service techs, reception, lobby are great. Rebecca and Jennifer also provide up to date info and followup. Car is returned washed and vacuumed every time.
