No matter how many times or what time of day it is the coffee is ALWAYS burnt. I always give them the benefit of the doubt bc they are nice people BUUUT i dont like burnt coffee. $10 wasted.
Have gone there many times as it's on the way to my son's school. I use the order to go app so I can grab and go. My order has never been right when I go to pick up, wrong donuts, tea, bagel, whatever it is I ordered. It's like they just grab an item and throw it into the bag. Now when I've gone in to order, friendly people and prompt service, which is why I give 2 stars and not 1
So i went to get my friend a sandwich this guy had a bug up his butt wen i asked him we're is the sandwich i will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts.

This is the worse place to get anything. We were going here because they have almond milk but my wife stopped going here after having her food thrown into her car by some guy that seems on the spectrum. He opens the place up and doesn't answer the drive through or take orders. He doesn't start the oven early enough to self clean so he's never ready for breakfast. This guy is driving all local customers away. It's ok there are lots of other places to go. Wawa, Starbucks, and many other DDs close by. When they take your order at the drive through they have to ask you again at the window because they didn't do it right. And forget using the app to save time. They don't even start your order until you are at the window. I can't go here without being pissed off it's not the first experience I want to start my day. It's faster to goto wawa and make my own coffee.
