Our experience was a little disappointing. After paying significantly more money than we did at Launch Trampoline park, we were surprised to see way less to do. Most of the staff was miserable and unkind. Half the place is under major construction but not blocked off in any way. There were tools, and nuts and bolts strewn about. We attempted to use one of the trampoline areas that wasn't crowded with people only to be yelled at a few minutes later that we weren't supposed to be there, despite no signs or other communication of this. Although we were there between 11-1, the only for to purchase was mini melts ice cream. We still had fun though because how can you not at a trampoline park! Go to Launch instead if you can!
This is an awesome trampoline park. My friend was the one who took me to it. Prior to me going to Sky Zone I thought it was exclusively for kids. However, after going to it, I was surprised to see quite a few adults there too. The facility was very nice and well kept. I really liked the design of the jump pads, and the dodgeball area was amazing. On the downside, half of the facility was closed, or under repair when I was there.
Hosted birthday party for 4 year old; everyone had a good time. Party host covered setting up the party area and did a neat job. Overall park was clean. Cheese Pizzas that came with the party order were good as well. Slightly expensive but it was a good experience and would recommend to others. However pretty restrictive for what the hosts can bring in for food for the party.
I went here last year and thought the employees were rude. I thought I would try again since the other trampoline park closed early. Unfortunately, we had the same experience. We walked in at 6 o’clock and signed the waiver. There was a male and 2 females behind the left counter and we stood there. They totally ignored us laughing the entire time and walked into the back. Confused. I walked over to the other counter and the young lady assisted me. Even though I may have been at the wrong counter the employees should have showed us respect and advised us we were at the wrong counter. As far as the trampoline park, it is well maintained and the kids will have a good time.
Absolutely one of the best places to take the kids. Perfect amount of time and the kids are non stop playing. I had the opportunity to deal with a manager by the name of Johnny. Extremely professional, very intuitive and understanding. Handled the situation with the utmost respect. We will definitely be back. Next time we will be back with the whole family when the ultimate warrior opens.
